At J.C Dossier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the return.
